The Honor Society of Nursing





Hello Nursing Students!


This past week Dr. Larry Z. Slater PhD, RN-BC, CCRN who is a NYUCN clinical assistant professor, was selected to take part in the 2014-2015 nurse faculty leadership academy. The program is offered by the honor society of nursing, also known as Sigma Theta Tau International. Slater will be joining a group of 13 other nurse professors in this 18 month program which was made to help groom nurse educators into leaders. Read more about Professor Slater's exciting new chapter for this program here.


Who is the Sigma Theta Tau? It is an enriching honor society that supports career development, and has a world wide community offered to its members.
